Although we're one of the nation’s largest orthopaedic practices, Rothman Orthopaedic Institute’s heart lies in the many communities it serves. This “hometown attitude” is what leads Rothman physicians and staff to get involved in more than 400 community health fairs, athletic leagues, free lectures, local festivals and charity events each year.
Leading the charge is the “Rothman Community Crew”— a group of 30 employees who are the face of the organization at many of these events. Crew members staff tables, hand out health information and answer questions from the public. They also gather feedback about Rothman’s medical care and customer service — valuable information that helps the practice continuously improve.
Beyond the Crew, many staff members in over 40 of our outpatient offices and hospitals volunteer their time at local events for charitable organizations, civic groups, schools, youth sports teams and more.
Community involvement isn’t an “add on” at Rothman Orthopaedic Institute, it’s who we are.
