Dr. Fultz is a board-certified physiatrist and fellowship-trained sports medicine physician with expertise in the non-operative management of musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries. His clinical focus includes musculoskeletal ultrasound, ultrasound-guided procedures, regenerative medicine, osteoarthritis care, injury prevention, and the management of both acute and chronic overuse injuries. He treats patients of all ages and activity levels, including competitive athletes, recreational exercisers, and individuals seeking to maintain an active lifestyle.

Dr. Fultz completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), followed by a sports medicine fellowship at UPMC with advanced training in musculoskeletal ultrasound and interventional procedures. He earned his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine and his undergraduate degree in kinesiology from Penn State University.

Dr. Fultz has served as a team physician for several NCAA Division I programs, including Duquesne University and Robert Morris University, and has provided care at high school, collegiate, and adaptive sports events. He is a published author in peer-reviewed journals and has presented nationally on topics such as shoulder injuries in climbers, ultrasound-guided interventions, and accessibility in para sports. He is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and the Association of Academic Physiatrists.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Fultz enjoys spending time outdoors running and hiking, as well as exploring new coffee shops and restaurants in the city. A Pennsylvania native, he is excited to return to Philadelphia and care for patients in the community where he began his medical training.
