Dr. Kohan is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in the treatment of shoulder and elbow conditions. He completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Washington University in Saint Louis, MO and went on to complete his fellowship in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery at Rothman Orthopaedic Institute at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

He specializes in the open and arthroscopic treatment of all conditions of the shoulder and elbow including arthritis, tendon disorders, fractures, and instability. Dr. Kohan is highly involved in the academics of orthopaedics and has published numerous journal articles, abstracts, and book chapters. In addition, he holds memberships among prestigious orthopaedic societies including American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
