Dr. Stull is a fellowship trained orthopaedic spine surgeon. He specializes in degenerative conditions of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, as well as spinal trauma, revision surgery, and spine tumors. He completed his orthopaedic surgical residency at Rothman Orthopaedics at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where he was the recipient of the Everett J. Gordon Award, which recognizes the chief resident who demonstrates outstanding clinical achievement and leadership. Following his residency, he was awarded a fellowship in orthopaedic spine surgery at the University of Utah School of Medicine.
Dr. Stull completed his undergraduate education at Princeton University and received his medical degree from Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. Prior to receiving his medical degree, Dr. Stull was named captain of the Princeton Football team for two consecutive years and went on to earn a roster spot with the Washington Commanders as a Linebacker and Special Teams Player. He empathizes with athletes, their love of the game and the importance of getting back to play, however, his medical training allows him to provide proper guidance in doing so safely.
Dr. Stull is a published physician and has presented his findings both nationally and internationally. He continues to be active in research and has particular interest in clinical outcomes and surgeon performance. Dr. Stull serves as candidate member of the North American Spine Society as well as the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
