Dr. Lazarus is a fellowship trained, board certified shoulder and elbow surgeon. He previously served as Division Chief of The Rothman Orthopaedic Institute Shoulder and Elbow Service. He is also Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at The Sidney Kimmel School of Medicine, Thomas Jefferson University. He has lectured all over the world and has authored numerous articles on all aspects of shoulder and elbow surgery. Dr. Lazarus specializes in shoulder and elbow replacement and has helped design several shoulder prostheses. He also has been an innovator in the field of arthroscopic shoulder surgery, including rotator cuff repair and stabilization surgery.
