Dr. Zachary Post is a board certified Orthopaedic Surgeon with expertise in hip and knee joint replacement surgery (arthroplasty) and reconstruction. He is a leader in complex hip and knee reconstruction surgery.
 
Dr. Post received his medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine and completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at University of Missouri, Kansas City. He completed a fellowship in hip and knee arthroplasty at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Post previously practiced in Montana and Utah before calling Southern New Jersey home. Throughout his time practicing medicine, Dr. Post has authored numerous publications, helped design hip and knee implants and has lectured internationally on the latest techniques in hip and knee replacement surgery.
 
Most recently, Dr. Post was named one of “65 Total Knee Replacement Surgeons to Know in 2020” by Beckers ASC.
 
Outside of medicine, Dr. Post enjoys skiing (though he’s still learning to love east coast skiing), reading, playing the piano and spending time with his wife, Lori, and their four children.
