Dr. Leinberry is a board-certified hand and wrist physician, with over 35 years of experience as an orthopedic surgeon. He now focuses his practice on non-operative care for conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, dupuytren’s disease, tendon transfers, and rheumatoid arthritis.
A Philadelphia native, Dr. Leinberry earned his undergraduate and master’s degrees from Drexel University. He received his medical training at Sidney Kimmel Medical College and completed his orthopedic training at Thomas Jefferson University. He went on to complete hand fellowships at the Philadelphia Hand Center and Hand Surgery Limited in Tucson, Arizona.
He is a professor and a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Leinberry has been treating hand and wrist conditions in the tri-state area since 1990.
When not seeing patients in the office, Dr. Leinberry works as a ski instructor and ski patroller and spends his summers as a medic with the beach patrol.
