Finally, he completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine Surgery at the prestigious Steadman Clinic in Vail, Colorado. During his fellowship, he began serving as a team physician for the U.S. Olympic Ski and Snowboard teams, assisting in providing international medical coverage. He is honored to continue to serve in the pool of team physicians providing medical coverage for US Ski and Snowboard as they train and compete around the world. Locally, Dr. Ciccotti serves as one of the team physicians for St. Joseph’s University and Holy Family University.

Dr. Ciccotti is a nationally recognized researcher. In 2023, he was recognized with the O’Donoghue Sports Injury Research Award and Herodicus Award, two of the most prestigious prizes awarded for clinical research in Sports Medicine for his work at Rothman Orthopaedics on Tommy John Surgery/UCL Reconstruction. He has authored dozens of articles and book chapters related to orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine. He has served as a co-editor for Orthopedics Today and as a peer reviewer for multiple orthopaedic journals.
