Anthony - Laminectomy

I dealt with gradually increasing back pain for nearly four years. Yoga, changes in exercise and nutrition, and other lifestyle changes, provided less and less relief from my spinal stenosis. I was becoming more sedentary and realized I needed to seek surgical options. All my research pointed in Dr. Mark Kurd's direction. I underwent an L2-L5 laminectomy on 02/13/17, with no fusion needed. I believed in Dr. Kurd's assessment and he really delivered. 

I now can stand taller and walk pain free. Playing with my grandkids and long walks with my wife are now in the picture. I'm also looking forward to those metal detecting walks again on the beaches where I've found some valuables. Finding Dr. Kurd in Bryn Mawr has been a truly valuable experience for me as well.
