Connie - Plantar Fascia

I shredded my plantar fascia on vacation. Dr. Langman spent 45 minutes with me explaining the MRI results and answered any and all questions. He told me I would be in the boot for a year. I did everything he said and was out of the boot in 9 months, wearing shoes that matched! Never would have imagined that I would be able to jog/run again or wear high-heel shoes, but I am , pain-free!!!!!
