Lisa, Foot Surgery

I have been active my entire life, I severely broke my foot while exercising two weeks before my daughter's wedding in Jamaica. The emergency room sent me to a podiatrist but I felt that due to the uniqueness of my break I wanted someone who did this surgery on athletes and professional sports players because I wanted to get back in the game - as staying fit is important to me. I attended my daughter's wedding and came home early for the surgery - that was 5 months ago. I am still recovering but am starting to resume my normal activities. I hope to be back to full capacity by next summer. I don't think that I would have this result without Dr. Raikin and the Rothman team. My recovery story continues and I would like to be an inspiration to others to keep going. I added a photo of me in Jamaica-pre-surgery.
