Severe hip arthritis curtailed participating in my long-time practice of physical-style basketball. Left hip replacement by the legendary Dick Rothman nine years ago was so successful that I had Rothman Orthopaedic Institute replace my debilitated right one three years ago. Now, at age 81, I am still pain free and actively playing basketball with family and friends and power walking with my dog. I tell people not to wait , but get it done--and get it done right at Rothman! I also have visited Rothman for shoulder, elbow and knee treatments of late. I'm the guy in image !happily holding the basketball at our annual Thanksgiving game this year.
