'Sweat Equity'

I fractured my left wrist in April trying to tame our dog from chasing a squirrel. After successful surgery in May by Dr Fred Liss, I rehabbed at the Rothman Orthopaedic Institute of Limerick under the guidance of Mike Muhler twice a week until last week.

Happy to report that the sweat equity by Rothman experts in my wellness yielded returns beyond my imagination. I have resumed my kettle bells personal training at the local Y.

Note: I just celebrated my 70 th birthday in June.
