Dr. Charles Getz of the Rothman Orthopaedic Institute at Riddle Hospital Main Line Health discovered a tear in her rotator cuff and says it's the number one shoulder injury he sees.
Dr.Getz says, "The rotator cuff is four muscles that live really deep on the shoulder blade. The rotator cuff attaches all the way on the top two-thirds, three-quarters of the arm."
