More than 1500 people packed the Merriam Theatre last night to remember our Founder Dr. Richard Rothman.
Speakers included Rothman Orthopaedics President Dr. Alexander Vaccaro, President and Chief Executive Officer of Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health Dr. Steven Klasko, and Dr. Rothman’s daughters Macon and Rachel.
Among the tributes was one brought by Philadelphia City Councilman Allan Domb, who introduced a resolution recognizing and honoring “the incredible life of Richard Rothman, an icon in the field of medicine.”
