- Hunter's Rothman Story – Shoulder Surgery
Ever since Hunter was old enough to hit a ball off a tee, he knew his dream was to become a professional baseball player. Following four years of competitive college baseball, Hunter was preparing for his first professional season at Spring Training when he realized something was wrong with his pitching arm.
After being diagnosed with a partially-torn labrum, he looked to Rothman for help. Knowing Rothman’s track record of helping professional and amateur athletes, Hunter’s concerns for both his arm and future were alleviated.
With the Rothman doctors, Hunter determined the best option was to undergo shoulder surgery. Thanks to Rothman, the procedure wasn’t career-ending. Hunter is now rehabbing and practicing, getting his dream back on track to make it to the big leagues.
