John - Rotator Cuff Tear

I am a 71 year old former athlete and I tore my Rotator Cuff last September playing softball in the Montgomery County Senior Softball league. I tried rehabbing it for 8 weeks, but that did not help. I went to see Dr. Frederick and he repaired the large tear and cleaned up some bone spurs in November of 2016. I went to physical therapy for about 6 months and was able to return to playing softball in June of this year with our 2 games per week schedule. I was also able to return to playing pickle ball 3 times per week. Dr. Frederick did a great job on my shoulder which enabled me to go back to active lifestyle.
